I. Requirements for Application
- Completed Sagesse High School Student Application Form
shs_application_form_2023_2024-.pdf - Copy of medical health book for Preschool, Elementary and Intermediate Division applicants.
- Copy of a Personal Civil Status (اخراج قيد) If the candidate holds other nationality(ties), copies of all passports must be provided to the school
- Copy of Family Civil Status (اخراج قيد عائلي)
- Proof of residency (افادة سكن )
- Four passport size photos
- Copy of baptismal certificate
- Copy of the school report cards of the three previous academic years.
- For applicants to grade 4 and up, a recommendation letter from the principal, describing the applicant’s academic performance & conduct.
- For Special Needs applicants, all relevant assessment reports must be submitted
- Non- refundable Application Fee of USD 100 in cash

School Development Fund (SDF) payment to be paid after receiving acceptance letter: USD 1,000 per family.
II. Requirements for Admission
- A personal and family interview
- An entrance examination starting grade 1 candidates
- An acceptance letter (from the School Administration)
III. Requirements for Registration
Students applying from within Lebanon
1. For KG1 to Grade 12, an original official attestation from their previous school stating the passing of their academic year with good conduct.
2. For Grades 1 to 12, all attestations must be certified by the Ministry of Education
3. For Grades Secondary 1 and 2, a passing grade certificate in the Lebanese official exams of grade 9.
Students applying from outside Lebanon
Original report cards of the last 3 academic years should be certified in the following places:
1. Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Notary Office
2. Ministry of Education
3. Lebanese Embassy/Consulate
4. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lebanon
5. Exemption from UNESCO is required for all applicants from Grade 7 upwards for all LP and AP applicants .
6. Applicants to the AP/IBDP Programs should provide a certified copy of their exemptions from the Lebanese Ministry of Education issued by UNESCO Beirut.
7. Entry stamp into Lebanon on passport
*Incomplete student files will not be elligible for enrollment into the school
IV. Minimum Entrance Age Requirements
KG1: Students must be three years old by December 31
KG2: Students must be four years old by December 31
KG3: Students must be five years old by December 31
Grade 1: Students must be six years old by December 31
